Grylls Constructions Pty Ltd is committed to complying with the National Privacy Principles 2001, and the Federal Privacy Act 1988 (the Act).
1. PURPOSE
The Act sets the standard for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information that we obtain as part of our business operations. This includes information collected by Grylls Constructions Pty Ltd, from people in person, via email, from our website, over the phone and on work sites.
2. SCOPE
This policy applies to all our employees, regardless of employment agreement or rank. All non-employees present on the work site such as contractors and/or suppliers will be expected to abide by this policy for the duration of their engagement with the Company.
3. POLICY
We will only collect information that is necessary to establish a client record to provide estimates, products and services. We may require information regarding business operations for subcontractors, as well as individual details of personnel.
We will not give out any information to any third parties, except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement or government department. Under no circumstances will your name, email, phone number or address or any other personal information be sold or given to any other parties.
We will provide access to the client or subcontractor, to any personal information we hold (except in the limited circumstances recognised by privacy law). If access is required, or information needs to be updated (eg. change your address), please contact us so we can make the change.
